I’m Taylor — the owner of B0ld Beauty by Tay Chanel. I’ve been in the beauty industry for 6 years, starting out specializing in lash extensions. Over time, I’ve expanded my expertise to include facial services for the past 5 years, with a focus on healthy, glowing skin. With 3 years of experience offering waxing and brow services, enhancing each client’s natural beauty has become a true passion. Helping clients feel confident and beautiful is what I love most about what I do. My goal is to create a luxurious, comfortable, and detail-oriented experience every time you walk through the door. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit: All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% is due the day of your original scheduled appointment. Service Payment: To provide a seamless and secure experience, my suite is a cashless environment. I accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience. Payments are processed instantly and securely through my booking system. Gratuity: While never expected, tips are always deeply appreciated. For your convenience, I accept gratuity via card, Zelle, or Cash App. Cancellations & Reschedules: Deposits are non-refundable as stated above. Canceling or rescheduling the day of your appointment will incur a 20% fee of your current booking total. Late Policy: There will be a 15 minute grace period as a courtesy for each appointment. 15 minutes or more late: Appointment must be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded. A 20% fee will be charged for any no shows. Repeat no-shows or failure to communicate may result in being permanently removed from the booking system and no longer able to schedule appointments. Service quality: I take the time to provide clean, precise, professional results and do not rush my work. Avoid scheduling other appointments before or after your scheduled appointment to ensure full attention and best results. Specialty Lash Add-Ons: If your original lash full set included add-ons (spikes or color), those add-ons must be reselected when booking your lash fill to maintain the same look and allow proper service timing. (It would be an additional $15 charge) No Extra Guests: For the comfort and safety of all clients, only individuals receiving services are permitted in the suite. Please arrive alone to your appointment. Children are not allowed unless they are being serviced. Client Age Policy: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at each appointment. Parent or legal guardian must complete form questionnaires,consent and waiver forms prior to booking appointment.
